SHIPPING POLICY
Within New Zealand:
I courier the items out as soon as they are ready to be shipped. I use custom made boxes which are tough.
Delivery is usually between 2-4 days.

Overseas:
Items are well packaged and posted with NZ Courier Post Airmail. This takes at least 1 week and up to 2 weeks to get to the destination. Patience is required from overseas customers due to the world-wide air freight complexities.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I can only offer this to customers within New Zealand, and only for my Cajón drums.
If you are not happy with the item, please contact me as soon as possible and in most cases if you return the item in re-sellable condition within 10 working days of receiving the item, I am happy to refund your money.
